Hey guys...I just realized that it's been a really long time since I posted up on here...lol. Some of you may or may not remember, but I picked up the OD from Joel (odmanjohnson) a couple years back, and I also had that little green 74 620.  Well, the green one is gone, sold it to a buddy of mine, and it's changed hands again since then...one of the local highschool kids is driving it around now, I see it almost every day :(

I've still got the OD, she's alive and kicking.  Havent done much with her beyond routine maintenance so far.  New head gasket right after I got her, just did the rear u-joint a couple days ago.  Here are a couple shots of her, just in case anybody's forgotten..lol

The LZ24 Joel put together still runs like a top...tons of fun to drive.  As soon as I get a customer's hardbody out of the garage, and my Blazer done (both are very close)  the OD goes up on the frame table :)

Sweet ride there...
I have to know what those seats are out of...thin low back buckets...ahhh..
I have been looking for something like that for some time now!
How's the tailgate being held shut?
Duals out the back? Nice...
One of these days I'll get a floor shifted auto for my truck...I'm tired of changing clutches! Wanna trade?

lol..thanks guys..

the gate has a couple tabs that are welded in on the back side to the gate and bed.  I'm actually going to be in the market for a new bed for this one soon.  There's just too much rot in this one to bother saving..

Although 74 bullet doesn't exactly say so, I've heard  that the outer handles are moved inside the box. It is nice and clean like that

hah..no, I'm quite sure that the handles are gone and there are a couple little pieces of 3/16 strap welded to the bed and the gate...I promise :)  It was like that when I got it from Joel.  Moving the handles would have been nice though...

Honestly, I have no idea what the seats came out of....I'd like to know too..lol

They don't look too different from these:

which came out of this Honda:

Lose the headrest, and they'll fit in a 521. I'm planning to alter the angle between the back and the seat to gain a little legroom, but I'm not 100% sure I'll have to.

Those look EXACTLY like a reupholstered version of the seats I took out of my truck.  I dont have them anymore so I cant compair.  But that is what I instantly thought of at first site.
