i have Z tranny and has a few sensors or switches i was wondering if could remove them and plug them? they leak and they are not hooked up either. thanx |

Sal, what year car did you get the tranny out of? Do you have any pics of the sensors?

i looked and theres only one switch and i put a rubber plug on it, i just want remove the switch and put a threaded plug i don't know what kind of z tranny i got, and i couldn't find the vin #. but heres a pic of it. its pretty grimmy as you can see |

The one switch is the reverse light switch.
You CAN remove it (the switch is usually interchangeable with the ones off the original tranny) though technically not having functional reverse lights is illegal. |
