I'm getting a new fender, but its just more hassle. My Z has been hit twice while parked and now my truck has been hit once while parked. Two of those times were by women backing up in their SUV.

Ya, the door support would have totaled the truck.

She did hit the wheel too.... should I have it all checked out? I was gonna let the little nick in the clearcoat go. The truck drives fine.

I'm sorry, Bleach. The thought of someone running into my truck, the door in particular, makes me cringe. That sucks, if you ask me, that's woman ass kicking grounds right there.

Ya, I wouldn't even try to be nice if it was someone else. I would just take it to a shop and have them do a full replacement and alignment.

This is my sister-in-law's neighbor... and the woman is really nice. I've known her for some time now. So I'm just wanting a new fender and a couple cans of good primer. I was going to replace the fender myself.

The tire was "hit" and the truck was on a dirt shoulder. It scooted to the the truck to the side a few inches. I think the tire looks fine and the front wheel was hit on a side area so the wheel just turned. There appears to be nothing bent on the suspension. There are no vibrations or steering problems. I checked it out at high speeds and turning in a parking lot. So, I'll just go with replacing the fender and call it good. The problem is that I don't have time to do that.  ...if I did, I would have the doors repalced and the cab primered by now.

I got the replacement fender. It is a local company that sells the fender but it is made in Taiwan. It looks good, but I haven't tried to test fit it yet. I suppose I better do that before too much time goes by.

It feels great as far as how thick the metal is. I don't know how much it cost. The woman who hit my truck just had her husband buy the fender. The store on the label has a PO box in Kent, WA

Maybe this is the same supplier that B N H Auto Wrecking gets their parts from. They listed some new 620 body panels for really cheap.

but it's not gray. You should make her paint the truck, too, or at least buy you a can of primer.

I think I'll ask for a new cab with no rust and have her paint the whole truck blue. That should work.

Oh, and install an L20b.

no kidding. I also have a chip in the clearcoat of one of my aluminum wheels so I need four brand new chrome 18" wheels and tires. I might need therapy or just some extra money to keep me happy while I'm waiting for my truck to be fixed, painted, engine swapped, and chrome wheeled!
